Boxer Brewing Co are a family-owned brewery based on a winery, Witches Falls, on idyllic Mount Tamborine in Queensland. They’re dedicated to making beers of the highest quality wit h exceptional drinkability. Head Brewer Abby happened to be in the UK last month so swung by to collab in-person. Together, we have brewed a Red IPA that’s tropical, sticky and showcases Beedelup hops. It offers big, juicy aromas of guava, pineapple and grapefruit, with a super-oily, heady dankness.
