Tradescantia is a genus of herbaceous climbing and trailing perennials in the family Commelinaceae and commonly referred to as "Spiderwort". Long blade to oval shaped leaves of various color depending on species and cultivar. Flower color can range from purple, pink, blue and white. Most make for a great hanging basket plant.
