The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia in its 100ml bottle, is characterised by good acidity which after 12-years has now smoothed out the sharpest edges. Goes well with fairly strong flavours and structured dishes with fatty tendency.The Red Label identifies Real & Guaranteed ageing for more than 12-years and has obtained a minimum score at the tasting consortium (an independent governing body) of at least 240 points.The Traditional 12-Year Label Balsamic is perfect on it’s own at the end of a meal to restore the stomach & spirit, by pouring into a porcelain or plastic spoon or by placing a few drops into a wine glass to savour all its nuances.
