This popular clay sausage roaster is hand painted with traditional white designs. Use to make flame grilled sausage (chourico) typically called "Chourico a Bombeiro". Add alcohol t o bottom, light on fire and grill your sausage. Clay preparation instruction card included with each purchase. PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are hand-painted by artisans. Variations in colour, pattern, and detailing are natural and expected. Made in Portugal. Size: Clay pieces can be sensitive, to ensure a longer life make sure that each piece is hand washed (placing in the dishwasher is not recommended). Also, the clay is sensitive to extreme changes in temperature (do not place in an already hot oven or on a cold surface). Clay bakeware is popular because the clay enhances the flavour of the food.
