We are proud to make our award winning Scottish Tablet the old-fashioned way, in tiny batches using just four pans in our Shetland kitchen. We only ever use Shetland butter and ric h local cream, stirred slowly by hand, just like it always was. With a traditional recipe passed down through generations, this is tablet at its most honest: smooth, creamy, and unmistakably Shetland.
