Manufactured by a small artisan foundry in small batches and handcrafted from solid unlacquered brass. This is a highly popular design born in the Regency era and used heavily throughout the Victorian period and into the early 20th Century. The spindle system with separate roses allows for use with a rim lock. Set contains two knobs complete with grub screws, separate backplates, spindle, fixing screws and an allen key for the grub screws. If the door knobs are to be used as standard mortice door knobs, we recommend heavy duty door latches for the door knobs to work effectively, which can be found here.
