This ground socket is designed to install the Removable Traffic Line Barrier Post the into the ground. Although the range of removable barrier posts comes with one included, becaus e the barrier is removable this "spare" ground socket can be used to house the bollard when it has been removed (for access, etc.); or if it needs to be moved elsewhere. You can house the same Removable Barrier Post post in 2 different places (provided you have 2 different ground sockets installed), if blocking access to both locations at the same time isn't necessary.
