This set of wall mountable training rings are ideal for training use and feature a fully height adjustable set of rings, reinforced tubular steel frame and come complete with the r opes, cabling system and wall/ceiling mounting brackets. This set of wall mountable training rings adjusts in height between 50cm and 2.75m, the distance between the rings is 50cm, the diameter is 2.8cm and they have an internal diameter of 18cm. The wall mounts/brackets are supplied and can be fitted to either a wall or a steel stanchion within the building, they also include a ceiling mount.
