The bracket kit that adds a third actuator This is the add-on component, not a platform. It is the centre mounting kit and D-BOX bracket that let you fit a third actuator to the middle of a TR Move platform you already own. Read the title literally. A TR Move universal platform is required, and so is the actuator itself. What is in this box is the bracketry and hardware that connects the two. A TR Move universal motion platform, and the third D-BOX actuator you intend to fit. This kit is the connection between them and does not work on its own. The platform it fits is the TR Move base for two or four actuators. If you have not bought a platform yet and you already know you want three actuators, the three actuator base includes this bracketry from the start and is the simpler purchase. Where the third actuator goes In the centre of the rear rail, on the centreline of the rig, rather than at a corner. That is why it needs its own bracket: the corner brackets supplied with the platform bolt to the ends of the rails and there is nothing at the middle for an actuator to attach to. It can be fitted at the front instead if your cockpit balance suits that better. Either position gives you the same three point geometry. Going from two actuators to three Most people who buy this started with two actuators and the pivot, lived with it for a season and decided they wanted the rear axis driven rather than carried. Adding a third unit gets you there without replacing the platform, which is the whole point of the TR Move architecture. It is a bracket kit, so it is a bolt-on job with the hardware supplied.
