INGREDIENTS: Patchouli, Lavender & Peppermint Essential Oils ESSENTIAL OIL AIR DIFFUSER INSTRUCTIONS Place 3-4 drops of Essential Oil in filled 300 ml water tank of Air Diffuser. F or stronger intensity, increase to 3-5 drops of Essential Oil for every 100 ml of water. ESSENTIAL OIL TOPICAL INSTRUCTIONS Blend desired amount into lotion or carrier oil. Recommended dilution of 2-5%. Example: 12 drops of Essential Oil for every 30 ml of carrier oil, such as jojoba oil. CAUTION: Keep out of reach of children.
