By combining this practice with Ho’oponopono—a Hawaiian forgiveness ritual based on the phrases *I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you*—we amplify the healing process. During the rounding phase, as we smooth out sharp edges in the artwork, we integrate these powerful words, creating a visual and energetic release of limiting beliefs, stress, and emotional blocks. Engaging in this practice before a breathwork journey is both grounding and intentional.
