Plan adjustments along the way – your plan changes with you. I respond to symptoms, struggles and what your monitoring shows – no extra charges, no asking twice. Weekly progress monitoring – a short in-app check-in (4× per month): symptoms, wellbeing, sleep, how you respond to meals. It tells me what to adjust before you have a chance to get discouraged. Direct chat with me in the app – 4 messages to use over 30 days (1× per week). Note your questions down and send them in one message – I reply within 48h (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm). The chat is extra educational and motivational support that helps you get better results. Personalised supplement recommendations – a clear table: products, doses, timing and duration, based on your blood results and reviewed against your medications, as I did in the NHS.
