The Roto Grip TRANSFORMER™ is one of the most tunable high-performance bowling balls ever created. Built around the revolutionary Morph-Wing™ asymmetric core, the TRANSFORMER truly lives up to its name by changing motion characteristics more than any asymmetric core currently on the market. What makes the TRANSFORMER unique is how dramatically the core reacts to drilling. Removing mass from different parts of the “wing” alters the core numbers significantly, creating completely different flare patterns and ball motion. This makes it incredibly easy for pro shops to fine-tune shape, hook potential, and breakpoint motion to match your style and lane conditions. Wrapped in V-R1™ Solid Reactive coverstock, the TRANSFORMER delivers a balanced traction-to-reaction ratio that blends oil smoothly without feeling lazy downlane. The 4000 Abralon® finish allows the ball to read the midlane with confidence while still maintaining a strong, controllable backend motion. The result is a ball that excels on medium to medium-heavy oil, fits into a wide variety of arsenals, and offers unmatched versatility for bowlers who want one ball that can be adjusted to do exactly what they need.
