Robust rubber downtube protection prevents rock chips and shuttle wear around the mid and lower downtube areas. These are held securely in place with two small fasteners and easily replaceable when the time comes.Gravity Cast BB AreaThis section of the frame is a single gravity-cast piece that is simple, strong, and precisely aligned. The process allows us to create a complex shape that integrates the C.H.I.P.S. system while preserving deep dropper post insertion, all with fewer welds for added strength and reliability.Forged Rocker and ChainstayFor freeride, confidence is everything, and the last thing we want you worrying about is your bike. To ensure the Bottlerocket will take hit after hit, we built new, forged rockers and chainstays, each with their own bridge to add incredible strength, and stiffness. Together these pieces ensure suspension movement is as smooth as possible while minimizing rear end flex, tire rub, and staying strong for seasons on end.
