This is a wheeled platform to help move the Catalyst short distances without needing power from the mower, or spinning the reel dry. To use, slightly tip the mower back (not too fa r or more than 20 degrees) to elevate the reel enough to clear the resting bar, then carefully position the mower upright allowing the resting bar to support the weight of the mower - the resting bar must be positioned behind the bedknife, with the tabs in place, to be secure for transport.
