For additional protection from children, pets, wildlife, or other non-target contact, install the trap inside a compatible Bell rat-sized tamper-resistant station. Target Pests Trapper T-Rex is designed for mechanical capture of rats. Position traps where rat activity, droppings, rub marks, gnawing, or established travel routes indicate regular rodent movement. Application Notes Place traps directly along rat travel paths with the trigger positioned where rodents are likely to encounter it. Traps may also be placed in pairs back-to-back along established pathways or secured to pipes and rafters. For discreet or protected placement, use a compatible Bell rat station designed to accommodate the T-Rex. The removable bait cup may be filled before being inserted into the trap. Bell specifically recommends PROVOKE Rat Monitoring Gel for use with the T-Rex bait cup. Other attractants may also be used where appropriate, but avoid excessive bait that could allow a rat to feed without properly engaging the trigger.
