Students can practise and perfect critical lifesaving skills such as: Applying direct pressure to severe bleeding wounds Packing wounds with gauze Applying pressure dressings Applying high & tight and proximal tourniquets in accordance with TCCC guidelines (tourniquet not included) The trainer supports wound packing for exit and stab wounds and allows instructors to develop dynamic training scenarios with varying bleeding intensities. When the correct management is applied, including effective tourniquet placement, bleeding will stop. An internal core simulates the bone structure of the leg, while the durable, high-quality silicone tissue accurately replicates human soft tissue and vascular anatomy. The anatomically accurate size is based on adult leg anthropometry and supports tourniquet widths of 40mm, ensuring realistic handling and application. The simulation blood system includes a blood bag and connector, and a dedicated leg support is provided for stable and repeatable training setups.
