If the kit was used extensively, we’ll even replace the entire thing. To qualify for a replacement, one of the following is required:• A genuine police report or EMS documentation verifying the kit was used in a life-threatening emergency.• Clear photographic or video evidence that the kit was used to treat a serious, life-threatening injury.
