Ready to exercise your pup? Select your appointment time and date. Before you arrive make sure to have a valid copy of their vaccine certificate (paper or digital is fine). Arrive 10 minutes early to ensure your pup has gone to the bathroom and gotten some of the initial excitement/ stress out of them. If this is your first session it will take 30-40min ($40 paid in store), following sessions will be 25min ($20 paid in store). We want to ensure your pup views this as a positive experience and we have to tread a fine line of encouragement and understanding. Some dogs pick up very easily others may take 2-3 sessions to finally show relaxation and interest in the activity. Cancellation Policy: life happens, we are always able to reschedule for a later date, but please give us a 24h head notice so we can fit someone else in your session. Refunds: Not available, except for in extreme cases (death, injury, etc). This is an activity for your dog to try out, but like humans, not all dogs like all sports, and therefore we cannot offer a refund simply because your dog didn’t like it. It’s a learning experience for both of you!
