The Original Tree Popper is a robust, uncomplicated tool that one person can operate. A simple concept of leverage has been used to ensure the complete removal of unwanted invasive plants, roots & all, providing a permanent solution to a long-standing problem! Manufactured from steel, the Tree PopperTM comprises a lever/handle with a rubber grip and a foot piece firmly held together by a circlip. These two basic parts form a plier-like jaw used to grip the plant stem. Please note, Tree Poppers are not designed for use on suckers that sprout from a parent plant. Suckers are plants that extend off the base of a parent plant. Plants that commonly produce suckers are bamboo, ash, etc. Tree Poppers can be used on the parent plant, given it falls within normal operation parameters (stem size, soil conditions, etc.) 3 Sizes Available: Small (39.4”x5.9”x3.9”): Removes plants with a stem diameter from ¼ inch - ¾ inches Medium (43.3”x9.8”x3.9”): Removes plants with a stem diameter from ¼ inch - 1 ⅜ inches Large (56.7”x13.8”x3.9”): Removes plants with a stem diameter from ¼ inch - 2 inches
