Tree table is a perfectly balanced natural design, always made of two whole planks taken from the same tree trunk.Each plank has its own unique form and structure containing natura l characteristics like knots and small cracks, and the natural edges are gently sanded by hand. All knots are filled in order to preserve a user-friendly surface. The exact planks to be used for your table can be selected on the dk3 website here - each Tree Table is individually numbered on a discreet metal plate on the table edge.
