The Treviso lamp is a small table lamp with a distinctive design. Part of the Merz series, the clay is partially dried and then intentionally broken, revealing sharp, fractured edges, in contrast to the softer tears seen in other Break the Mold pieces. The lamp is compatible with either an E14 bulb or an LED diode upon request, with adapters available for easy installation in different countries. The base of the Treviso features a rough texture, made from soft clay remnants collected during production. These discarded clay pieces are placed between the base and the form, adding material depth and character to the lamp. This raw detail complements the more broken, rugged design of the upper portion, creating a striking contrast between the soft, malleable clay and the bold, fractured elements.
