One tri-tip roast per package, 24 oz. to 40 oz. (approx. 1.5 - 2.5 pounds total). Tri-tips are fairly tender and full of flavor, cut from the sirloin. Tri-tip roasts are great for roasting, broiling, or smoking. Meat is sold per package not by weight, all weights are approximate.All orders are to be picked up at our farm location.Due to food safety concerns shipping is unavailable.
