NEW HORN TWEETER TZ2540 MG ADVANCED ACOUSTIC TECHNOLOGIES The new TZ2540MG horn tweeter represents a significant part of the acoustic innovations developed for SOLSTICE. It is based on a combination of two new acoustic architectures developed specifically for the range: a new phase plug that optimises the dispersion of high frequencies a horn with an improved profile and a barrel-shaped mouth. SOLSTICE TECHNOLOGIES NEW DRIVER ARCHITECTURE New Basket Developed specifically for SOLSTICE, the new 16cm die-cast aluminium salad bowl features an arch-shaped structure that is highly acoustically neutral. Enlarged midrange The membrane benefits from a new rear-glueing system that increases the radiating surface area and improves the linearity of the sound reproduction. Deep bass Low frequencies are handled by new 16 cm drivers with concave cones and no dust cap, whose design combines visual elegance with acoustic performance. This design, a first for TRIANGLE, reduces flow noise whilst ensuring dynamic and perfectly controlled low frequencies. A dual-material structure The base consists of a cast iron honeycomb structure covered with a thick layer of silicone.
