The triangle spit attachment is an essential piece of equipment when using the Spit Roast accessory kit. Two are required to successfully spit roast a pig or lamb as they are used to secure both the front and the rear legs in place. They are slightly angled to secure a tight fit to ensure that the legs stay within the triangles throughout the cooking process.
