This lightweight, take anywhere EVA foam yoga block will help you extend into asana you are currently working on. A standard size block gives you more surface area so it's more sup portive and stable than a slim block. You can use it for myofascial release poses as the edges are angled off to remain comfortable while you roll on them to help those 'stuck' bits let go.
