Tricalcium Phosphate is a calcium salt of phosphoric acid, AKA Bone Phosphate of Lime (BPL), increases the calcium content of foods. It has a chalky texture, adds smoothness and op acity to reduced fat foods and beverages. Used as an anti-caking & free-flowing agent in dry vinegar and salts, as an additive for milk powder, pudding, dairy products. Used to bleach flour to improve coloring.
