Fruit from Bourgueil, this Cabernet Franc is gently destemmed (not crushed) and fermented in stainless steel resulting in a tannic structure that dances on the line of vin de soif and traditional red. Full of raspberries, bramble and petrichor, this wine does nicely with a slight chill. Great end-of-summer red. Show more
