On one Halloween night, Patrick Weaver ends up massacring his high school classmates after they tried to expose one of his most guarded secrets. The authorities are able to kill hi m, but every Halloween since that fateful day, people are brutally murdered. Detective Mike Denver is the only person who believes that Patrick isn't dead, and so he begins to investigate the whereabouts of the killer.
