Overflowing with soft red strawberry, raspberry and peach fruit with a limestone-influenced minerality This one of our absolute favourites. Domaine Triennes is the partnership of Burgundian legends Jeremy Seysses of Domaine Dujac and Aubert de Villaine of the world's most famous winery, Domaine de la Romanée Conti. Convinced by their Burgundian experience that the quality of great wines comes from the vineyard, the new owners began by investing heavily in the renewal and the tending of the vines at Domaine Triennes, converting to organic viticulture in 2008. The focus on the vineyard remains a priority to this day. This is rosé that expresses it's 'terroir', as Burgundians, Jeremy and Aubert know no other way. A blend of Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache and Merlot, the grapes are harvested at night so that the grapes are cool upon arrival in the winery. They are then foot-crushed before the juice is run off into concrete tanks and old casks. The wine is then left for 12 months before bottling.
