By the end of class, you should be able to identify common trigger point sites and know how to apply pressure to the area to relieve the trigger point! This trigger point training will also include intra-oral work (briefly inside your own mouth). We will provide latex free gloves for intra-oral work, and students may bring their own gloves to work in their own mouths.
