Zunächst werden Maschen für den hinteren oberen Rücken angeschlagen und durch Zunahmen an beiden Seiten die Schulterschräge geformt. Der Rücken wird bis zum unteren Armausschnitt in Reihen gestrickt. Für die Schultern und Vorderteile werden beidseitig des hinteren Halsausschnitts Maschen aufgenommen.
