James Roué’s inaugural two year aged rum, with a distinct and spicy rye whiskey notes. A select blend, pulled from three distinct barrels from our cellar - Heaven Hill bourbon, Bal timore rye and Gretzky 99 french oak wine/whiskey barrels. Mixes well with aromatic bitters to make a unique, Bluenose old fashioned. If you like a complex and whiskey nuanced rum, drink Roue Triple Cask Rum. All of our Rums are pleasantly enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or co-mixed with a premium spirit. Like the Bluenose, James Roué rum remains undefeated in taste.
