Upon registration, a mandatory PIN code of your choosing will be required whenever you power up your AutoProPAD or awaken it from sleep mode. This process is no more complicated than unlocking your phone. Additionally, the device must momentarily connect to the internet once every 24 hours to verify that it has not been reported stolen.
