This is a really simple tool that takes the guess work out of measuring your chain slack. Many people use the 3-finger rule but when KTM came out with their 2023 models, it was now dangerous to rely on fingers to set your chain slack. That's where this tool comes in - after going through owner's manuals of bikes, we came up with a really simple tool to measure chain slack that is bike specific so you can be certain that your bike's chain is adjusted according to the manual. I made a prototype of this a while back to test a new brand of chain for Isla's bike and it was super easy to use I used it before every one of her motos and practice sessions and comforting knowing exactly how much her chain had stretched and when it needed adjustment. On the face of the tool you'll see 4 numbers, the middle two represent what the Owner's Manual of your dirtbike say are the minimum and maximum amount of chain slack before the chain needs adjusted.
