SINGLE & DUAL BATTERY ISOLATION SWITCHES Battery isolation switches are good practice to use wherever you plan to run heavy electrical cable from your battery to a device. Automotive applications are similar and also allow users to isolate power to a device or section of the vehicle at the flick of a switch. An isolation switch is ideal for ensuring your batteries aren't drained by small downstream loads during periods of idle time and can also be used to shut off power in an emergency situation.
