Audio Fidelity is proud to announce the 2014 double vinyl reissue of the original motion picture soundtrack to Disney's groundbreaking 1982 science fiction film Tron which was composed, performed and produced by the pioneering electronic musician Wendy Carlos. Carlos composed an electronic score which was later overlapped with symphonic backgrounds by the London Philharmonic Orchestra and the U.C.L.A. Chorus. The result is impressive, dynamic and seamlessly fuses organic and electronic music. The multi-Grammy award winning Carlos best-known for her popular Switched on Bach series of albums also composed and performed on the soundtracks of the two Stanley Kubrick cinema masterpieces, A Clockwork Orange and The Shining.
