Vegetal-dyed linen at a cropped hem - the fabric ends at the ankle and the surface carries the trace of the process that made it. The MP49VEG is the same cropped linen construction as the MP49 - relaxed through the leg, clean minimal profile, finishing at the crop - but the vegetal dyeing gives the surface a different character. Against the skin, woven linen has a dry, slightly textured hand; the vegetal black adds a warmth to that surface quality, a depth that does not read as uniform in the way synthetic-dyed black does. The colour settles differently in direct light, carrying the organic origin of the dyeing process. Welt and cargo pockets at the back, internal safety pocket at the interior.
