A delicate fish that is best slow roasted to perfection with vine tomatoes, or it can also handle pan searing to crisp up the skin for an extra crunch! The Ocean Trout that you will be purchasing will be around 4.5kg gross weight (please note that there will be a variance of 10% for this item), before processing and packaging.
