Delicately smoked filets of trout hail from Denmark, where they are sustainably farmed and certified by the ASC. After the filets are smoked, they are packed boneless and skinless in tins with rapeseed oil. Cervo’s is one of the best seafood restaurants in New York City, and not just because of the food.
