Create your own trucker patch hat! Choose your hat style and provide a logo or design and we'll create a patch for you. 1 - Click which hat model, location of patch, then color. 2- In the "Special Instructions" section please add what material patch you'd like (leatherette, hair on hide or acrylic), then add what patch shape you prefer from the patch shape chart. If you want a contour cut around your design please comment "contour". We have five different hat types. Choose from the below options: Yupoong 6 Panel Yupoong 5 Panel Richardson 6 Panel Richardson 5 Panel Richardson 7 Panel - stock available in camouflage only. All other colors are special order. Design: Please upload your logo or design file below as a high resolution svg file. Note that we have an additional $15 fee if extra work is needed to create a useable file per our file download policy. Black and White image, below specification required, high resolution images. If sending a color image there is a $15 fee to convert your image to a laserable file, which will be added to your order. By submitting artwork, you confirm you own the rights or have permission to use it. We DO NOT reproduce trademarked or copyrighted designs. We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that infringes on trademarks or copyrights. Patch Color: Please put your patch color in the text box below. Available patch colors can be found on the chart. We only use premium material backed by the best adhesive in the industry! Patch color chart shows if the color engraved is either black or white unless its the trio which has a colored foil effect, Please note that hair on hide doesn't include adhesive. Shape: Choose your patch shape, chart is in the photos. Typical size is 2.5" for round like shapes, 2.25"x3.5" for horizontal like shapes. We will size the shape around the design that esthetically looks balanced so sizes will vary. Placement: Patches can be centered, put on the left panel (which shows to the right as you face the hat), or put on the right panel (which shows to the left as you face the hat). Patches will not only be heat pressed but also stitched for a quality long lasting life. If you have a contour cut patch it will be heat pressed only (not sewn). We will match the thread to the hat and patch that compliments the look unless you have special requests. We have a 5-7 business day turn around for custom patch hats in our standard colors for orders of 11 or less. Orders 12 and more have a 14-21 day turn around. Custom colors are also available, please put in your requested color in the text box using the provided color charts. There is a 12 hat minimum for hats not in our inventory. Please expect 14-21 business days for custom orders. We pride ourselves in our turn around and have been successful in delivering before the 14 day window but we like to leave room for delays. There is an automatic discount for items ordered given at checkout in the following breakdown: 12 - 47: 10% items 48 - 71: 20% items 72 - 99: 30% items 100+: 40% items Please email for purchases over 150 for an additional discount.
