Our homemade organic granola is a labour of love. Organic oats, organic honey, and a long process of roasting in the oven, stopping to stir, more roasting, more stirring. When the oats are beautifully golden and have that perfect crunch, we wait (patiently) for them to cool, and then add fat organic Thompson raisins, organic cranberries, as well as generous helpings of organic sunflower seeds, organic sesame seeds and organic flax seeds. A real treat with a dollop of organic Greek yogurt and fresh fruit.
