Each bag is filled with an assortment of any of the following flavours; Mik, Dark, Dark Peanut butter, Milk peanut butter, Milk Hazelnut, Dark Peppermint. Flavours will depend on stock levels. If you would like a specific variety please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. We buy our cacao direct from farmers, then we ferment it for a week and dry it for another week. After it is dry, we clean the beans, hot air roast them, and de-shell them.
