Amuse Mushroom Porcini Arancini: Crispy arancini filled with savory mushroom porcini, served with a luscious whipped Parmesan and Pecorino cream, and topped with delicate truffle shavings. Entrée Steak Tartare: Hand-chopped steak tartare, topped with a rich egg yolk, tangy caperberries, and luxurious truffle, served with crisp crostini. Gazpacho Soup: A refreshing blend of ripe tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers, served chilled. Main Confit Duck Leg: Tender confit duck leg, served with a creamy parsnip purée, flavorful olive relish, fresh sauce verte, and finished with aromatic truffle.
