You've probably heard you need to protect the cambium layer of your tree, right? The Tree Savers provide a little bit of space between the cable and the bark of your tree. These small blocks are placed around your tree and held in place with a cam strap, your zip line is wrapped and tensioned around the blocks. Alternately, you can make your own blocks by slicing up a 2x4 into smaller pieces or you can grab one of our kits. Save the trees, add some blocks as a spacer for your zip line. Please note straps are 11.5' long. Without allowing the cable to touch the bark, space blocks as far apart from each other as possible to allow for sufficient circulation of the tree.
