Full step-by-step service description 1. Request & QuoteYou send your logo and basic info (garment type, desired stitch size, quantity if known). We review and reply with a quote and estimated turnaround (normally 1–2 business days). 2. Submit ArtworkSend your artwork in the best available format: vector (AI, EPS, SVG) preferred; high-res PNG or PDF acceptable. If you only have a photo or low-res file, we can trace it for an extra fee. 3. Provide Job DetailsTell us: garment/material (cap, polo, jacket, knit, etc.), desired finished size (in inches/cm), placement (left chest, center back, sleeve), thread color references (Pantone or simple color names), and any special instructions (outline pop, fill style, underlay preferences). 4. DigitizingWe manually digitize the logo into an embroidery file (.DST, .PES, .EXP, .VP3, .JEF, etc.) optimized for the specified garment and machine type. This includes creating appropriate underlay, stitch types (satin, tatami, fill), seaming, and pull compensation so the final stitch-out looks correct. 5. Internal Quality Check & Sample Stitch (if requested)We inspect the digit file and, on complex logos, can produce a sample stitch-out on similar fabric (additional cost/time). We correct any issues like puckering, density problems, or poor registration. 6. Customer Review & RevisionsWe send a proof image or stitch simulation and the digitized file for your review. One revision is included (minor color/size/tension tweaks); additional revisions billed per hour or per revision as agreed. 7. Final DeliveryOnce approved, we deliver the final embroidery files in the formats you need, plus a readme with recommended machine settings (stitch count, stabilizer suggestions, hoop size, needle size). Files are delivered via email or cloud link. 8. Production Support (optional)If you or your production team want, we provide run-out support (tuning machine settings) to ensure the first production run matches the sample.
