The Restec 1010 Top Coat Resin is an excellent final coating for the Restec GRPROOF 1010 Roofing Systems. It’s designed for application directly onto the 1010 Base Coat Resin, forming the last layer and providing fantastic waterproofing and weathering resilience. Encapsulates ResTrims and Base Coat Resin together Fulfils the fire rating of BROOF(t4) Up to 20 – 30 years life span Impermeable final coat for the 1010 GRPROOF Roofing System Achieves approx coverage 15m² The 1010 Top Coat Resin by 1010 is part of the GRPROOF 1010 Roofing System. The purpose of this product is to encapsulate the ResTrims and Base Coat Resin together, ensuring that the complete roof is pin-hole free, water and weathering-proof. You are required to mix this product first with a catalyst to ensure that it can achieve curing at the ambient temperature at which it's applied. Application Mix the Resin with the Catalyst to the required amount Apply to the surface using a Solvent-Resistant Roller Ensure even coverage on the ResTrims and Base Resin
