We have switched to a specialized grommet with teeth that grip the webbing, providing exceptional tear-out resistance. While these grommets are nearly double the cost of common grommets, our high sales volume and bulk purchasing has allowed us to make this change with no increase in cost to you our customer. So go ahead and brutalize your Tugger. It can take it! (Lifetime warranty!) Instructions: 1. Remove a triple clamp bolt and decide if the stock bolt can be used. If not, use a bolt included with your Tugger or a similar bolt from your local hardware store. 2. Use the provided aluminum spacers between our bushing and the triple clamp if needed for counterbored triple clamps. 3. Slide the Tugger metal end piece over the aluminum bushing, insert the bolt and torque to specification. Blue Loctite recommended.
