All of Tulip Tree's products are made by hand, using microbial rennet that is vegetarian-friendly, with milk from Country Meadows Farm, a sixth generation grazing dairy farm locate d in northeast Indiana. A majority of the herd at Country Meadows Farm are a2 producing. Nettle is a bright and crumbly fresh cheese, similar in texture to Chevre, only made with cow's milk.
