This pre-recorded tutorial will guide you in making two slab-built drinking vessels. Make two yourself or do one each with a partner! We will build our vessels over two sessions, initially forming the piece, then adding surface decoration in the form of texture and underglaze. The class includes clay kit with everything you need, delivered to your door in the Comox Valley and access to the YouTube tutorial. Your completed pieces will be picked up, fired and delivered back to you. Registration deadline: Ongoing Kit delivery: TBD (before Christmas) Pick-up: TBD (after Christmas, 2 weeks to complete project in between). Approximate length: 3 hours, delivered in two sessions with a 2 day (or longer) drying time between. This is only an estimate, work at your own pace and enjoy the process!
